More Benefits Being Offered to Home Buyers and Sellers by New Publication

Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty (CBGRR) welcomes you to our real estate supplement known as our Buyers' Guide. This publication is designed to reach a much wider area of home buyers and sellers and provide additional value to CBGRR’s innovative services. We hope you’ll find it useful!

This supplement will appear the second weekend of each month in The Union and reach approximately 17,000 readers. On the fourth weekend of each month a second edition will appear in both The Union and Auburn Journal. This second edition will reach approximately 42,500 readers in Nevada and Placer Counties by also appearing in the Penn Valley Courier, Colfax Record, Lake of the Pines News and Alta Sierran.

Features designed to benefit our sellers include the huge exposure in our two county circulation and much larger full color photos of properties with added room for descriptions of the unique qualities of each home. We’ll also feature properties in our classified section (just below this article) in each supplement.

Buyers will benefit by having over 140 properties for sale featured in each publication in well organized, geographical groupings to ease the search for homes and land.
